Recycled and recyclable

Recy-tex is a range of products that respects the environment through the use of recycled materials, which in turn can be recycled. The circular economy allows recovering resources that a few years ago ended up in landfills. Thanks to the reprocessing, the disuse of potentially useful materials is prevented, the consumption of new raw material is reduced and the production and use of energy is optimized. This prevents air and water pollution, while reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Water use: 0%

The Recy-Tex manufacturing process occurs without any direct water consumption

Chemical products: 0%

No type of chemical component is added to the fabric Recy-tex

CO2 emissions: 0%

The manufacture of our fabrics does not produce any direct emission into the atmosphere

With the use of recycled raw materials to weave new Recy-Tex products we achieve several purposes. We avoid the use of pesticides, water and insecticides in new cotton crops. This way we save natural resources and reduce the pollution coming from agricultural crops. The abusive occupation of the territory on a planetary level is also avoided.
Better than optimizing the use of water, which is a scarce resource, is not consuming it. With textile recycling we avoid the consumption of millions of litres that can be used more rationally. Recy-tex fabrics, made from reclaimed raw material, do not need water consumption in the manufacturing process.
The most renewable energy is that which is not consumed and, therefore, the one that does not use natural resources for its production. Recy-tex contributes to consolidate this concept through the use of recycled materials that need a much lower energy consumption at the time of being produced.
The emissions to the atmosphere are also directly related to the Recy-tex products, since they are much smaller because they are included in the circular economy system. This prevents the emission of tons of CO2, the gas that causes the greenhouse effect and global warming.

Protectline® is a fabric made with threads that have been treated with the hygienic Sanitized© product, providing antibacterial and antiviral properties. The materials used for its manufacture are recycled (55% polyester and 45% cotton).
With Protectline® technology, the Sanitized© product is applied to the fiber before the yarn is manufactured (and not superficially), ensuring that the product has much more durability and better preservation of its antiviral and antibacterial properties.
The Protectline® fabrics used in manufacturing have an antibacterial certificate from the Sanitized© brand and an antiviral certificate issued by Aitex (Textile Technology Institute).
